What you get when you buy one of our courses or services, and what we expect from you.
Tissue Culture Mastery access includes the pre-recorded video(s) for the tier you purchased (Intro, Pro, or Bundle), with lifetime access and email support from the founder. The Pro and Bundle tiers also include the PDF recipe book. There are no cohorts or live sessions. The course is on pre-order: buying secures your access, which is released on July 15, 2026 (emailed that day).
Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. We offer a full refund any time before you access the video (access opens July 15, 2026). Once you open the content, no refund applies given the digital nature of the product.
All course content (videos, recipes, protocols, templates) is owned by Joe's Exotic Lab LLC and you're granted a personal, non-transferable license for individual use. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell the material. You may use the protocols in your own lab without restriction.
Support is provided by email (hola@joesexoticlab.com) directly with the founder. We answer questions about the course content and applying the protocols within a reasonable timeframe. Support does not replace lab-specific consulting, which is offered as a separate service.
The protocols taught are validated methods, but no tissue culture guarantees a result. We are not responsible for plant loss, contamination, equipment failure, or any consequential damage from the material's use. Culture at your own risk and judgment.
We may update these terms with email notification to active students. We reserve the right to remove access for material breach (for example, redistributing the videos). If we terminate your access due to our own fault, we refund the cost of your tier.
These terms are governed by the law of Puerto Rico, USA. Any dispute is resolved first through mediation; if not, in courts with jurisdiction in San Juan, PR.
