We only keep what you give us. We tell you exactly where it lives, what it's used for, and how to delete it.
Email, name, and message when you fill out the contact or waitlist form. Payment info (handled by Stripe — we don't see it directly) when you reserve a course. Your language preference is stored in a cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) only we read.
Waitlist and contact submissions are stored in Supabase (encrypted database, hosted in the US). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers or tokens. The language cookie lives in your own browser.
Email: to reply to your message, send the receipt and your video access link, and send the monthly newsletter if you subscribed. Payment data: only to process the course transaction. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Write to hola@joesexoticlab.com with the subject «Delete my data» and we remove your record within 7 days. You can also request a copy of everything we have.
We only use essential cookies: NEXT_LOCALE to remember your language. No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising of any kind. Stripe Checkout may set its own cookies during payment, governed by its policy.
If we update this policy, we mark the date at the top and email anyone subscribed.
